Your role as Mechatronics Technician

In your role as Mechatronics Technician at Nedinsco you have the following responsibilities:

  • Assessing the design during the design process and steering for manufacturability, cost, qualitylogistics and maintenance. You will contribute solutions to production technical problems where necessary.
  • Participating in project teams and supporting the production process and progress.
  • Checking working drawings and product specifications for completeness and quality and ensuring that adjustments are made if necessary.adjustments are made if necessary.
  • Translating drawings, technical specifications and quality standards and preparing specificwork instructions where necessary.
  • Setting up the most practical and efficient product flow and processing this in the ERP system appropriate to the project schedule.
  • Ensuring timely availability of tools, CNC programmes and ensuring that allinformation, drawings and work instructions are available.
  • Consulting with project management, production and buyers on planning, progress, feasibility andimpact.
  • Supervising and controlling the entire production process and proactively identifying stagnations andsuggesting solutions. You act as first point of contact for design questions from assemblyand logistics and reporting to the project manager

Your profile

The person Nedinsco is looking for further has the following profile:

  • Bachelor in Mechatronics/ Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 3 years experience in a technical environment, preferably Apparatus and/or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Knowledge of optical systems is an advantage
  • Familiar with MS-Office, an ERP system and/or other planning systems.
  • Knowledge of Dutch/English in word and writing. (German is an advantage)
  • You have technical affinity.
  • You have good communication and social skills.
  • You work in a careful, structured and stress-resistant manner.
